**Guidance will meet with juniors in the auditorium during academic lab tomorrow to discuss PSAT scores. **Guidance will meet with seniors in the auditorium during academic lab on Friday to discuss last semester activities. **All students will be taking the 5 Essentials Survey today during academic lab. This is a requirement from the Illinois State Board of Education that all students must complete. All 3rd hour teachers will have a list of student ID numbers and the ID number is different from your EAWR ID number. **Room E121 will be open after school until 3 pm for students to get help and have a quiet place to work. All students are invited to take advantage of this opportunity. **The King's Dance will be held on Saturday, February 26th. (The King's Dance and TWIRP are the same dance. TWIRP was the previous name and no one knew what it meant, so it is now called the King's Dance, since it is where we crown the King of Hearts) This dance is open to all 9th-12th graders. Guests will also be allowed at the dance, but a guest form must be filled out and turned in by February 18th. Guest forms can be picked up outside of Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Daniels classrooms. Rules for which guests can and cannot attend the dance are listed on the form. Masks are required. **Student Council is unable to sell roses during all lunch hours, SO, if you would like to purchase a rose to be delivered on Valentine's day, please see Mrs. Timmins to purchase it. The student council will also sell roses during 3rd and 4th hours in the cafe on Friday and Monday. Those roses will not be delivered, you will just take them at the time of purchase. **Big Sisters is pleased to announce that we made over $500 from the Pennies for Patients fundraiser. The amount will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. A special donation was made by Mrs. Moore in honor of her father who passed away from lymphoma in September. We thank you all for your donations! Mrs. Mueller's 1st hour Spanish class raised the most money and will receive donuts! Mr. Forsting's , Mrs. Blackwell's and Mrs. Catlin's classes collected other generous amounts! Thanks again!
