**Homecoming games will be in stadium today. There will be academic lab Monday-Thursday. Friday we will follow the 2nd coronation assembly schedule and have academic lab. All the schedules can be found in your schedules folder. The list of students in the assembly and then practice for the rest of the half day hours 4-6 will be sent later this week. All students in coronation practice will take A lunch on Friday.

**Tonight’s theme for the Volleyball game is Surfers Vs. Bikers

**Coronation (crowning of the Queen) will be held at 7:30 pm on Saturday, October 4th. This event is open to the public and all tickets must be purchased at the door for $5. Doors open at 7 pm. Following Coronation there will be a short photo session in the East Building Courtyard.

**The Homecoming Dance is this Saturday, October 4th from 9-11 pm. Only approved guests may attend. The dance will be held in the Courtyard and students will enter through door E2. The cost for the dance is $5 paid at the door. All students and guests will have to walk through the EVOLV system before entering the dance. *Note a student can choose where he/she wants to go to Coronation, the dance, or both. It is not required to go to Coronation to attend the dance or vice versa. Concessions will be sold at the dance for an additional cost.

**The next freshmen meetings will be on Wednesday the 8th during academic lab. All freshmen will report to the big gym during academic lab. All other students need to stay in 3rd hour.

**In observation of September Suicide Awareness & Prevention Month, EAWR will have a team walking in this year's Out of the Darkness Event. This event will be held Saturday, October 11th at Roxana High School Track & Field. Teams will meet at 5PM. The walk starts at 6PM. Informational flyers are located throughout the school. You may also swing by the Guidance Office for information and to join the team!

**Seniors are required to have the Meningitis Vaccine turned into the nurse by October 15th. Freshmen are required to have a school physical and proof of current immunizations turned into the nurse by October 15th. Students who do not have the required paperwork turned in will be excluded/not allowed to attend school until it is turned in. If there are questions please see Nurse Kelly in the Guidance Office.

**Senior cap and gown orders are due today during the lunch periods. All seniors must turn in at least an order form for cap and gown. Orders can be made online or the form can be turned in toady. If a student orders more than cap and gown at least a $60 deposit is due when the order is turned in. Checks should be made payable to Jostens. If you need a packet please see Mrs Dixon in the Guidance Office.

**Sophomore class ring orders are due today during the lunch periods. If ordering a class ring be sure to bring the form, a picture of the form or print out and a $60 deposit unless using J-Pay to make payments. Checks should be made payable to Jostens.
