Seniors last lunch today.
Wednesday, May 3, 2023
**Seniors: If you have received an Academic or Athletic Scholarship that will not be presented at the Senior Assembly today, please stop by the Attendance Center and give the information to Mrs. Dixon so it can be read at the assembly. Also, if you are joining the military after graduation, please give that information to Mrs. Dixon. Only information reported will be read at the Senior Assembly.
**Seniors: Any senior who knows where they are going to school or have signed up for the military please come to the main office so Mrs. Robinson can take your picture for senior spotlights.
**Seniors--Mrs Robinson has added the obligations for lunch and business office to the senior semester exemption spreadsheet. Please be sure to clear all obligations by 3 pm today to be exempt from finals. She will continue to update the list daily.
**The senior exemption list for FAFSA and attendance has been shared. Seniors who completed FAFSA must have 6 or few absences to be exempt and also have a passing grade in the class. We will update the list daily. If you feel like there is an error and you should be on the list, see Mr. Gockel or Mrs. Robinson.
**The Senior Assembly is today at 1:20 pm in the Memorial Gym and all senior families are invited to attend. Only scholarships that have been turned in will be read at the assembly.
**Senior finals are tomorrow hours 4-6 and Friday early bird and hours 1-3. Seniors not on the exemption list are required to take finals.
**Graduation notes were shared with seniors in Google Drive plus copies of the notes can be picked up in the Guidance Office. All information about graduation practice, tickets, dress for the graduation ceremony, etc. is included.
**Chromebooks must be turned in/checked sometime this week even if keeping. Remember Mr. Mattix-Wand also sent info about Google Takeouts.
**If you bought a yearbook but did not pick it up at distribution, please stop by the Art Room during Academic Lab to get it. Also, if you want a yearbook but did not buy one yet, there are still some available.
**Student council invites everyone to stop by the courtyard and write a thank you card to any of the adults here at EAWR. Feel free to write as many as you want and student council will deliver them to the recipient this week and next week during Teacher Appreciation Week.
**Madison County Transit Summer Passes have arrived. If you’d like a free bus pass to use from Memorial Day through Labor Day, stop by the Attendance Center.
