**The Village of East Alton is holding the annual Easter event this Saturday, April 1st. They are looking for volunteers to help with the event from 9:00 am- 12pm. If you would like to volunteer at this event, please sign up in the Attendance Center. The event is being held at the East Alton Keasler Center.
**All wrestlers have a meeting in the wrestling room tomorrow during Academic Lab.
**Prom guest forms are now available outside of Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Marshall’s rooms. A guest form must be completed for anyone who is not an EAWR student as well as EAWR underclass students that are invited by a junior or senior. Guest forms are due back April 21st.
**After Prom tickets will be on sale beginning tomorrow through March 30th and April 3rd and 4th in the cafeteria during lunch hours. After Prom is a parent sponsored event and will be held at Edison’s in Edwardsville on April 29th from 11:30 pm-2:15 am. After prom tickets are $15 each. Junior and senior EAWR students must buy tickets for their guests. Rules for guests are the same as prom. 
**Seniors: Booster Club will be selling concessions tomorrow for the baseball game. If interested in volunteering, please email Mrs. Robinson and arrive at 3:30 pm.
**Mrs Kinkel will have community service hours available this week in E110 today & Tuesday from 2:30-4.
**There will be a Relay for Life meeting this Wednesday in E121 during academic lab.
**All juniors will be completing pre documentation for the SAT this Friday during the half day in 2 different groups. We are required to have consent for students to participate in the additional consent questions so groups will be split according to who turned in the form. Forms for the additional pre documentation questions were mailed home and need to be turned into the Attendance Center by Wednesday. If you need a new copy of the form stop by the Attendance Center.

The following students received positive referrals for doing great things at school this week. They each met with Mr. Beatty and received a gift certificate to the Oiler Express Cafe. Also recognized but not pictured is Tyrea Stewart and Ana Muzingo Ewalt.

Today's athletic contests have been rained out. Coaches will communicate with their teams on practice details. We are working with these schools to reschedule as many games as possible.

**Volume 71 of The Oiler Yearbook has been submitted to our publisher, but there is still time to reserve your copy! Stop by the Art Room, M-009, with $60 in cash or check payable to EAWR to make sure you get your own piece of EAWR history.
**Students on high honor roll 1st semester can pick up their voucher for 2 free Cardinal baseball tickets. See Mrs. Hayes in the Guidance Office.
**There will be a campus clean-up day at East Alton 1st UMC (across from Eastwood School) tomorrow at 8am. Bus transportation can be available for any students who need a ride. Please contact the church at eafumc@hotmail.com.

Girls soccer at CM.
Here is our schedule for today. Field events for the track meet today will begin at 3:00 pm. Running events should start at 4:00 pm.
The Girls Soccer start time has been moved to 5 pm at CM High School.
EAWR hosted the Regional Graphic Design Advisory Board Meeting today.
Softball at Greenfield is cancelled. Right now, the varsity baseball field is good to go for a home game with Greenfield.
JV baseball is cancelled today with North Greene. Will look for a date to reschedule this one. Practice in Memorial Gym for JV after school. Varsity is still a go for now.

**Juniors will be taking the Illinois Science Assessment tomorrow starting at 8:15 am through academic lab in the cafeteria, M200 or M201. Room assignments were shared with juniors, faculty, and staff last week. Students must have their charged chromebook to take the test. All students currently classified as a junior are required to take the test.
