Monday, March 27, 2023 **The Village of East Alton is holding the annual Easter event this Saturday, April 1st. They are looking for volunteers to help with the event from 9:00 am- 12pm. If you would like to volunteer at this event, please sign up in the Attendance Center. The event is being held at the East Alton Keasler Center. **All wrestlers have a meeting in the wrestling room tomorrow during Academic Lab. **Prom guest forms are now available outside of Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Marshall’s rooms. A guest form must be completed for anyone who is not an EAWR student as well as EAWR underclass students that are invited by a junior or senior. Guest forms are due back April 21st. **After Prom tickets will be on sale beginning tomorrow through March 30th and April 3rd and 4th in the cafeteria during lunch hours. After Prom is a parent sponsored event and will be held at Edison’s in Edwardsville on April 29th from 11:30 pm-2:15 am. After prom tickets are $15 each. Junior and senior EAWR students must buy tickets for their guests. Rules for guests are the same as prom.  **Seniors: Booster Club will be selling concessions tomorrow for the baseball game. If interested in volunteering, please email Mrs. Robinson and arrive at 3:30 pm. **Mrs Kinkel will have community service hours available this week in E110 today & Tuesday from 2:30-4. **There will be a Relay for Life meeting this Wednesday in E121 during academic lab. **All juniors will be completing pre documentation for the SAT this Friday during the half day in 2 different groups. We are required to have consent for students to participate in the additional consent questions so groups will be split according to who turned in the form. Forms for the additional pre documentation questions were mailed home and need to be turned into the Attendance Center by Wednesday. If you need a new copy of the form stop by the Attendance Center.

Stop by the Art Room, M-009, with $60 in cash or check payable to EAWR to make sure you get your own piece of EAWR history. **Students on high honor roll 1st semester can pick up their voucher for 2 free Cardinal baseball tickets. See Mrs. Hayes in the Guidance Office. **There will be a campus clean-up day at East Alton 1st UMC (across from Eastwood School) tomorrow at 8am. Bus transportation can be available for any students who need a ride. Room assignments were shared with juniors, faculty, and staff last week. Students must have their charged chromebook to take the test.
