Other glow items will be given away. Also there will be a tailgate with pizza, chips, soda/water from 6:15-6:40 in the new area by the tennis courts.

**The Hartford Library is looking for volunteers to help with their Trunk or Treat on Wednesday, October 15th from 4:00-7:00. If you would like to volunteer please sign up in the Attendance Center.
**Tuesday the 14th the juniors/seniors will meet in the auditorium during academic lab and Thursday the 16th the freshmen/sophomores will meet in the auditorium during academic lab for our yearly crisis meeting that Mr. Johnson will lead.
**Seniors are required to have the Meningitis Vaccine turned into the nurse by October 15th. Freshmen are required to have a school physical and proof of current immunizations turned into the nurse by October 15th. Students who do not have the required paperwork turned in will be excluded/not allowed to attend school until it is turned in. If there are questions please see Nurse Kelly in the Guidance Office.
**Seniors: Next Saturday, October 18th Booster Club needs help in concessions from 9 am-5 pm. There are 2 hour blocks that you can sign up for in Google Docs – check your email from Mrs. Robinson.

There are only 20 spots available. Student council will be hosting a bonfire for all EAWR students on October 29th from 6:30-8:30pm out on the Oiler Nation patio near the concession stand. There will be food, drinks, and activities and the event is FREE. Only EAWR students may attend.
