Update: JV baseball today with ESTL has been rescheduled to Sat, Apr 2 (noon) due to wet field conditions. Varsity baseball Sat has been cancelled due to opponent's field being too wet and opponent citing cold weather. JV softball on Sat has been cancelled by opponent for too cold. We will play Carrollton now at noon in VARSITY softball at EAWR.

LCJH 8th graders met with counselors, the athletics department, and toured the three buildings today to help prepare for high school next year.
Sadly, due to the weather, all games are cancelled for today, Thursday, March 24. Most likely will not be rescheduled as we approach conference game time. Coaches will communicate practice details.

Today's baseball game with Greenfield has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 26 at 10:00 am. The bus will leave at 8:00 am. Greenfield and us are looking at late April or early May for a softball reschedule date for today's rain out.

**Seniors: Cap and gown orders, as well as other items, will be delivered today at 10:45 in the courtyard. Your balance must be paid in full in order to pick up your items.
**All juniors will be taking the SAT on Wednesday, April 13th. The SAT is requiring parents to give consent to allow students to participate in the additional student search and student questionnaire sections of the pre-documentation session. Families should have received consent forms through the mail. Consent forms need to be turned into the Attendance Center no later than tomorrow. Additional copies of the consent form will be available outside of the Guidance Office.
**All juniors will be taking the Illinois Science Assessment today hours 1-3. Mrs Robinson shared the room assignments with all juniors. Please report to your 1st hour for attendance tomorrow, and then report to your testing area. The test is online so it is very important for all juniors to have a fully charged Chromebook.

We are proud of our Gallatin Award nominees. Emily lead her team in scoring and offensive tenacity, earning her the all area MVP player of the year nomination. Ocean took over 20 charges earning her the 110% player of the year nomination.
