Wednesday, March 29, 2023 **The Village of East Alton is holding the annual Easter event this Saturday, April 1st. They are looking for volunteers to help with the event from 9:00 am- 12pm. If you would like to volunteer at this event, please sign up in the Attendance Center. The event is being held at the East Alton Keasler Center. **Prom guest forms are available outside of Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Marshall’s rooms. A guest form must be completed for anyone who is not an EAWR student as well as EAWR underclass students that are invited by a junior or senior. Guest forms are due back April 21st. **After Prom tickets will be on sale today and tomorrow and April 3rd and 4th in the cafeteria during lunch hours. After Prom is a parent sponsored event and will be held at Edison’s in Edwardsville on April 29th from 11:30 pm-2:15 am. After prom tickets are $15 each. Junior and senior EAWR students must buy tickets for their guests. Rules for guests are the same as prom.  **There will be a Relay for Life meeting today in E121 during academic lab. **All juniors will be completing pre documentation for the SAT this Friday during the half day in 2 different groups. We are required to have consent for students to participate in the additional consent questions, so groups will be split according to who turned in the form. Forms for the additional pre documentation questions were mailed home and need to be turned into the Attendance Center by Wednesday. If you need a new copy of the form stop by the Attendance Center. **This Saturday will be the community event in the courtyard. This is an opportunity to earn up to 5 hours of community service. You will be assisting people who are looking with their items and help with cleanup after. Time is 7:45-12:30. **Attention Peer Leadership: Our next meeting will be Monday, April 3rd, during Academic Lab, in E121. Please attend as we will be discussing Prevention Week ideas with our Chestnut Health Rep. **Tomorrow is a half day with an 11:25 dismissal.
