

Wednesday, August 13th
Students can purchase a fall athletic pass from the Attendance Center for $5. This pass will allow an EAWR student into all fall home games for $5 (football/volleyball) except for IHSA contests. All fall athletes and band members get into fall events for free.
There will be a 2 pm dismissal from Wednesday, August 13th-Friday August, 22nd.
Please dismiss senior mentors to the CCC at 8:30 am Friday morning for a short meeting. The names have been shared with teachers.
There is a spirit club meeting and poster party from 6-8 pm in the East Building Courtyard on Tuesday the 19th. All seniors are invited to attend. Mrs. Robinson will provide pizza for the meeting. Tuesday, May 20

1st Week Information
Registration for the 2025-2026 must be completed online
If any student in early band or early bird PE needs transportation to early bird during the school year please contact the Main Office at 254-3151 ext 2501.
Students are required to park in the Gym Lot at no charge. Parking spots will be selected on Monday, Aug 11th in the Main Office. The times are as follows:
Seniors-1:00 pm-1:45 pm and Juniors–2:00 pm-2:45 pm. Be sure to know the make/model/license plate number of your vehicle. If you can't come during your time, you may stop by the Main Office after your scheduled time.
Freshmen Orientation is Tuesday, August 12th from 8-10:30 am. Freshmen need to report to door E2 (bus circle). Doors for freshmen orientation will not open until 7:30 am and all freshmen need to arrive by 8:00 am. Freshmen orientation is for first time freshmen students only. Bus routes can be found on the school webpage www.eawr.net.
All freshmen and their families are invited to Trucking Into High School, August 12th--6 pm-8 pm (open house format). Please RSVP to the Main Office at (618) 254-3151 ext 2501 or email Leigh Robinson at lrobinson@eawr.org with the number of family members attending. Each family member attending will receive a ticket for a free sandwich and side from one of the food trucks.
Senior sunrise is on Wednesday the 13th at 6 am at the track. This event is only for seniors and should end around 6:30 am.
The first day for all students is on Wednesday, August 13th. Doors will not open until 7:30 am unless in early bird band or PE and all students must enter through door E2. Door E2 will open for early bird students at 7 am and there is early bird on Wed morning. All students must go through the EVOLV system when entering the building. There will be a 2 pm dismissal from August 13th-August 22nd. Bus times can be found on the school webpage.
