**The $5 athletic passes are on sale in the attendance center.  The pass will get any EAWR student into all home fall sporting events except IHSA regionals/playoffs.

**All season athletic passes for parents and non EAWR students are available in the Business Office at a cost of $30 for adults and $20 for students 8th grade and below.  Passes include all home events with the exception of IHSA Regionals//Playoffs. Tickets will also be available at the volleyball and football gates at home games.

**A representative from SIUE will be on campus September 3rd at 9:45 in Room E106.  College bound junior and senior students interested in meeting with this representative may obtain a pass from your guidance counselor.  

**This year, Ms. Gardner is promoting National Bullying Prevention Month, which will take place in October. Two of our seniors decided to help with the campaign by making blue friendship bracelets to distribute that month, and they need your help! Next week, on Wednesday, September 4, they will be meeting in Ms. Gardner's room E222 after school to make bracelets. Help out and earn community service hours! For more information, contact Kathleen Tierney, Julia Kovar, or Ms. Gardner. 

**The Village of East Alton is sponsoring their annual Soapbox Derby on Saturday, September 7th from 9 am-2 pm.    They are needing volunteers to help with the derby and do the set up in the morning. If you would like to volunteer please stop by the Attendance Center to sign up.  Volunteers can arrive as early as 7 am but must be there by 9 am. The event should be over around 2 pm. Volunteers will meet at the Tropical Snow next to the old East Alton Shop N Save.  Again the sign up to volunteer is in the Attendance Center.

**Students- JFL is needing volunteers for their game tomorrow.  If you would like to help in the concession stand, take tickets, etc., please sign up in the Attendance Center.  Shifts are from 9-11, 11-1, and 1-3:30.

**Students-If anyone is interested in coaching youth soccer for the village of East Alton please go to the East Alton Recreation Center or contact Mrs. Robinson for more information.  This is a great way to receive community service hours.

**Mrs. Kinkel is looking for students who are interested in participating as a peer partner and teammate for the unified bocce team and the unified basketball team for the 2019-2020 Oiler Special Olympic team. If interested, please see her in the cafe' during Academic Lab or send an email very soon:)
